Stacking the Shelves #1 – New Books This Week

Stacking the Shelves

I’ve decided to join in with Stacking the Shelves which is organised by Tynga’s Reviews, now given I put myself on a book ban during April to catch up with ARC’s this should be a blank post, but I’ve not exactly been well behaved…

So here are my new books this week!

These are books which I have bought…

The Bone Season - Samantha ShannonReturn to Bluebell Hill - Rebecca PughWhite Mountain - Sophie E Tallis Recurve - Shannon Mayer

The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon – has been on my TBR for a while now and I’m keen to get my teeth into this!

Return to Bluebell Hill by Rebecca Pugh – I had an e-ARC of this but I loved it, it’s such a great summer read to have on your kindle and I do like having that verified purchase next to my Amazon reviews!

White Mountain by Sophie E Tallis – Sophie wrote one of my favourite stories in the Fight Like A Girl anthology and was super lovely when I met her at the book launch a few weeks ago, I had to grab a copy of her novel!

Recurve by Shannon Mayer – this is another one which has been on my radar for a while and is now finally officially on my TBR!

These are books I have received for blog tours…

The Daughters of Red Hill Hall - Kathleen McGurl

The Midnight Sea - Kat Ross

The Daughters of Red Hill Hall by Kathleen McGurl – I’m currently about halfway through this one, an interesting novel with two storylines set in the past and present. My date on the blog tour is April 29th!

The Midnight Sea by Kat Ross – I will be reading this soon as my date on the blog tour is May 16th.

These are the ARC’s I’ve received through the post from publishers…

HEX - Thomas Olde Heuvelt

HEX by Thomas Olde Heuvelt – I was so pleased to receive a hardcover copy of this book. A horror about a witch in a small town is right up my alley, and will probably scare the bejeezus out of me! My Husband is also dying to get his hands on this!

Thanks for joining my first week! It’s been fun, see you next week folks and let me know what’s new on your shelves!
