My Review:
This book had all of the makings of a great post-apocalyptic adventure, but somewhere along the way the story got lost and kind of bent out of shape! It turned into a painful reminder of what self-publishing can give us and why every writer (even those who self publish) really need an editor.

I ended up spending more time focusing on the exhaustive mistakes throughout the text, not just grammatical or spelling but in character continuity. The whole thing started to feel very rushed and towards the middle the story really started to fall apart.

Perhaps with more time, better editorial guidance this book would have lived up to it’s expectations but for me it just didn’t get there.

I'm BrizzleLass, I am a bookworm and my book blog BrizzleLass Books is where I share my love of books by writing reviews, sharing guest posts from authors, interviews and even the odd bookish giveaway! I have Bipolar and have been dealing with mental illness in one form or another since childhood, I was first diagnosed with depression at nine. It's not easy speaking out about my experiences, some of them are extremely painful, but if I can help even one person then I have succeeded in sharing my story. My personal blog is where I talk about my mental health among other things that interest me.
