My Review:
This book is absolutely fantastic for all of us on a gluten-free diet who have a sweet tooth. I am the first to put my hand up and admit that I cannot bake, and before buying this book, I hadn’t successfully baked a cake ever!

This book has such wonderful recipes it makes you want to back all of the time. I will admit some of them scare me a little and I stick to the easier one’s, I’m also on a Low FODMAP diet aswell as being Gluten Free so some of the recipes I have to avoid because of that.

However, of the cakes I have baked, not only were the directions easy to follow, but each time I successfully made a cake that looked quite a lot like the cake in the book! Success!

My only gripe is a lot of the flour’s used are quite specialist and it’s taken me quite some time to trackdown places which will sell the appropriate flour…although it has been worth it!
